PSS as an organization does not have set office hours, as we are an all volunteer. Please call and leave a message, or text, the PSS number at any point and someone will get back to you within a reasonable time frame.

All applications must be delivered in person to HTLC.

Project Stepping Stone is NOT emergency shelter; wait times can take several months. As of February 2023 we do not have any openings and do not expect for the foreseeable future.
